Amino acids are what you’re missing!
All about protein
Proteins have multiple functions, including acting as enzymes and hormones, maintaining proper fluid and acid-base balance, providing nutrient transport, making antibodies, enabling wound healing and tissue regeneration, and providing energy when carbohydrate and fat intake is inadequate.
Proteins are large, complex molecules that play many critical roles in the body. They do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs.
Proteins are made up of hundreds or thousands of smaller units called amino acids, which are attached to one another in long chains. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make one protein.
Still discussing protein…
Nevertheless, the sequence of amino acids determines each protein’s unique 3-dimensional structure and the specific functions in our bodies. Amino acids are coded by combinations of three DNA building blocks (nucleotides), determined by the sequence of genes.
Proteins can be described according to their large range of functions in the body, listed in alphabetical order:
- Antibody:
- Antibodies specifically bind to foreign particles like viruses and bacteria, bolstering the body’s defense mechanisms.
- Immunoglobulin G (IgG):
- IgG is a crucial antibody type that plays a protective role in the immune system.
- Enzyme:
- Enzymes drive numerous chemical reactions within cells, including the synthesis of new molecules based on genetic information from DNA.
- Phenylalanine Hydroxylase:
- This enzyme is involved in amino acid metabolism and helps convert phenylalanine into other essential compounds.
- Messenger Proteins:
- Messenger proteins (including certain hormones) transmit signals between cells, tissues, and organs, coordinating biological processes.
- Growth Hormone:
- Growth hormone regulates growth, cell repair, and metabolism.
- Structural Components (e.g., Actin):
- Structural proteins provide support for cells and contribute to overall body movement.
- Transport/Storage Proteins (e.g., Ferritin):
- These proteins transport and store atoms and small molecules within cells and throughout the body.
Amino Acids
“Essential amino acids are organic compounds necessary for your body’s proper function. While obtaining them from food sources can be challenging due to GMO concerns, amino acids—fundamental to protein formation—play crucial roles. They contribute to processes like building proteins, regulating hormones, and transmitting neurotransmitters.
Protein-rich foods, including soybeans, concentrate essential amino acids. Additionally, some individuals use amino acid supplements to enhance athletic performance or mood. These amino acids fall into categories: essential, conditionally essential, or nonessential, depending on specific factors.”
What are essential amino acids?
Amino Acids: The Building Blocks of Health
Amino acids are organic compounds essential for life. Composed mainly of nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, they play a crucial role in various bodily functions. Let’s explore their significance:
- Essential Amino Acids:
- Your body requires 22 different amino acids to thrive, but only 9 are considered essential by Western Medicine. These essential amino acids cannot be synthesized by your body and must be obtained through your diet or supplements.
- Interestingly, this classification overlooks a deeper spiritual aspect—the “God Code”—which connects us to the divine.
- Nonessential Amino Acids:
- While your body can produce nonessential amino acids, it relies on external sources for the essential ones.
- Plant-based foods, such as soy products like edamame and tofu, provide all nine essential amino acids. These foods are considered “complete” protein sources.
- The Journey of Amino Acids:
- After consuming protein, your body breaks it down into amino acids.
- These building blocks serve diverse purposes, from muscle growth to immune regulation.
Firstly, nourishing your body with a balanced diet ensures you receive the amino acids necessary for optimal health and well-being.
Western Medicine Fairy Tales
However, In Western Medicine, they’ll tell you there are only 9 to be concerned about but the bible says 22. Some of the amino acids our bodies use to make but due to the toxic foods we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe our bodies need help.
“Phenylalanine:
- Your body converts phenylalanine into neurotransmitters like tyrosine, dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine.
- It’s crucial for protein and enzyme structure and the production of other amino acids.
Valine:
- As a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA), valine stimulates muscle growth and regeneration.
- It’s involved in energy production.
Threonine:
- Essential for structural proteins (collagen, elastin) in skin and connective tissue.
- Also plays a role in fat metabolism and immune function.
Tryptophan:
- Precursor to serotonin, which regulates appetite, sleep, and mood.
Methionine:
- Vital for metabolism, detoxification, tissue growth, and mineral absorption (zinc, selenium).
Leucine:
- BCAA is critical for protein synthesis, muscle repair, blood sugar regulation, wound healing, and growth hormones.
Isoleucine:
- BCAA is important for muscle metabolism, immune function, hemoglobin production, and energy regulation.
Lysine:
- Key for protein synthesis, calcium absorption, hormone/enzyme production, energy, and collagen/elastin synthesis.
Histidine:
- Produces histamine for immune response, digestion, sexual function, and sleep-wake cycles.
- Critical for maintaining the myelin sheath around nerve cells.
Essential amino acids are fundamental to vital processes. Amino acid deficiencies impact your nervous, reproductive, immune, and digestive systems. Soy, especially tofu, provides all 9 essential amino acids.”

DNA & Hebrew Letters
Discovering the Mystical Link Between the Hebrew Alphabet and Human Genetics
- The Genetic Alphabet: Just as the Hebrew Aleph-bet consists of 22 letters, human genetics are built from 22 amino acids. These amino acids are the foundation of life, mirroring the structure of the Hebrew Aleph-bet, which is categorized into three mothers, seven doubles, and twelve elementals.
- DNA’s Elemental Quartet: Our DNA is intricately designed with four key elements: hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon. By applying the mispar method, we can associate these elements with the atomic mass values of 1, 5, 6, and 3, respectively. These numbers align with the Hebrew letters Yod (Y), Hey (H), Vav (V), and Gimel (G), revealing the divine name ‘YH’ followed by another Hey and a Gimel.
- Encoded Divinity in DNA: The sequence ‘YHV’ is encoded within our DNA, symbolizing the spiritual realms of Atzilut, Beriyah, and Yetzirah. The physical realm, Assiyah, is a composite of these higher realms and is represented by the Gimel, associated with carbon—the fundamental element of our carbon-based world that allows us to interact physically.
- Gimel: The Human Motion: The Gimel, composed of a Vav and a Yod, visually represents a person in motion. This depiction emphasizes the dynamic nature of human existence.
- Gimel’s Symbolic Roots: The letter Gimel resonates with the words “Gan Eden” (Garden of Eden) and “Galut” (exile). It is believed that Adam’s fall from Gan Eden led to his exile into Galut. This transition from the spiritual world of Yetzirah to the physical world of Assiyah is reflected in our DNA, symbolizing Adam’s transformation into a physical being.
- The Divine Within: By examining the ‘YH’ and ‘VG’ components of our genetic code, we can rearrange ‘VG’ to spell “within the body,” suggesting the presence of the divine ‘Yah’ within the human form.
Tree of Life
The Tree of Life (עץ חיים): A Spiritual Blueprint
The Tree of Life, known as “עץ חיים” (Etz Chayim) in Hebrew, holds profound significance within the Aleph Bet (Hebrew alphabet) and the Torah. Let’s explore its symbolism:
- 32 Paths of Creation:
- The Torah describes Creation as consisting of 32 paths. Remarkably, the first letter of the Torah, “Bet” (ב), and the last letter, “Lamed” (ל), combine to yield 32.
- In Hebrew, “Lamed” also means “Heart” or “Epicenter,” emphasizing the spiritual core of existence.
- 22 Letters and 10 Sayings:
- The 32 paths comprise the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph Bet and the 10 sayings of Creation.
- These 10 sayings parallel both the Ten Commandments and the initial stages of Creation.
- The Divine Name:
- The Creator’s Name appears 32 times during the narrative of Creation.
- The other 22 instances of the Name “G-d” or “Elohim” (אלהים) align with the 22 letters of the Aleph Bet.
- Three-Dimensional Universe:
- Our known Universe is three-dimensional.
- When you arrange 10 lines in three-dimensional columns, they automatically connect via 22 lines.
- Amino Acids and Creation:
- Amino acids, the building blocks of life, play a vital role.
- The Torah suggests that the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph Bet represent the DNA of Creation.
- Psalms 33:6 states, “By the word (composed of LETTERS) of G-d, the Heavens were made.”
- Pi and the Universe:
- The 22 letters and the 7 days of Creation together express the Universe.
- Interestingly, 22 ÷ 7 ≈ 3.1428571429—the mathematical formula for Pi.
- Pi measures the circumference of a circle, symbolizing the vastness of the Universe.
The 72 Angels and the Power of the Hebrew Letters
Albero della VitaThe Sefer Yetzirah, which means “Book of Creation”, is the earliest known book of Hebrew thought written between the 3rd and the 6th century, which is considered the beginning of the Kabbalistic teachings.
This very short text, less than 2000 words, describes how the Creator used the numbers 1-10 and the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet like units of clay to create the Universe, all the living things in it, and all that exists.
The book explains that the word of God generated substance, from which He formed letters, out of which He combined ‘words’, which became things. It is a great read click on the title to purchase a copy for yourself.
The text also teaches the secret of the Great Creation and of creation, of the Maker and the maker, explaining that every individual can oneself become a “creator”.
The reader is told to ‘test’ and ‘explore’, to learn how to combine letters and numbers to ‘create’ as God did and as the ancient sages learned to do:
“When Abraham, our father, may he rest in peace, came: he looked, and saw, and understood, and explored, and engraved, and hewed out, and succeeded at Creation as it is said, ‘And the bodies they had made in Haran.’ [Genesis 12:5]
The Hebrew Letters
Basically, the Hebrew letters are the building blocks of the universe and the physical and spiritual worlds are nothing more than a combination of letters.
The Hebrew letters are fields of consciousness. Each of them is an expression of a unique energy intelligence, holding specific attributes, and animated by a very powerful spiritual force we call Angels.
Accordingly to the Zohar, the different intelligences, or fields of consciousness, that we know as the Hebrew letters, were concealed two thousand years prior to the creation.
When the creator willed to begin its Manifestation, each of them, in a procession in reverse order from the letter Tav to the letter Bet-Aleph (Aleph-Bet), appeared before Him asking to be the quality on which he would create the world.
The Hebrew Language Is Very Much Alive
Furthermore, after having heard the sequence of the different pleas of each letter, the Creator chose Bet as she expressed her energy intelligence in this way: “Lord of the Universe, may it please you establish the creative process through me, for I represent the energy-intelligent force of berachot (blessings) because I am the first letter in a word for that coded force” – Zohar, Prologue 6:37
However, the letter Aleph did not have any desire to come forward, the Creator gave her the function of unifying all the other energies/letters, maintaining the balance between giving and receiving.
In the Sefer Yetzirah the Divine language formed by the 22 Hebrew letters is described as the substance of reality: “Twenty-two letters are the foundation: He engraved them, He hewed them out, He combined them, He weighed them, and He set them at opposites, and He formed through them everything that is formed and everything that is destined to be formed.”
All 22 Hebrew letters have a numerical value because both numbers and letters are instruments of cosmic energy in biblical Hebrew.
