Amino acids, DNA, protein, & Hebrew

Amino acids are spiritually critical to build “body proteins”

Amino acids are what your missing!

All about protein

Proteins have multiple functions, including: acting as enzymes and hormones, maintaining proper fluid and acid-base balance, providing nutrient transport, making antibodies, enabling wound healing and tissue regeneration, and providing energy when carbohydrate and fat intake is inadequate.

Proteins are large, complex molecules that play many critical roles in the body. They do most of the work in cells and are required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs.

Proteins are made up of hundreds or thousands of smaller units called amino acids, which are attached to one another in long chains. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make one protein.

The sequence of amino acids determines each protein’s unique 3-dimensional structure and its specific function in our bodies. Amino acids are coded by combinations of three DNA building blocks (nucleotides), determined by the sequence of genes.

Proteins can be described according to their large range of functions in the body, listed in alphabetical order:

Examples of protein functions within the body:

Antibody

Antibodies bind to specific foreign particles, such as viruses and bacteria, to help protect the body.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG)

Enzyme

Enzymes carry out almost all of the thousands of chemical reactions that take place in cells. They also assist with the formation of new molecules by reading the genetic information stored in DNA.

Phenylalanine hydroxylase

Messenger

Messenger proteins, such as some types of hormones, transmit signals to coordinate biological processes between different cells, tissues, and organs.

Growth hormone

Structural component

These proteins provide structure and support for cells. On a larger scale, they also allow the body to move.

Actin

Transport/storage

These proteins bind and carry atoms and small molecules within cells and throughout the body.

Ferritin

Amino Acids

Essential amino acids are organic compounds that your body needs to function. You can barely get them from food sources due to most of it being GMO.

Amino acids, the building blocks of your proteins, are compounds that play many critical roles in your body. You need them for critical processes such as building proteins, hormones, and neurotransmitters.

Amino acids are concentrated in protein-rich healthy foods such as soybeans.

Many people have started to take certain amino acids in supplement form as a natural way to boost athletic performance or improve mood.

They’re categorized as essential, conditionally essential, or nonessential depending on several factors.

What are essential amino acids?

Amino acids are organic compounds composed mainly of nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.

Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. While all 20 of these are important for your health, only 9 are classified as essential in Western Medicine therefore ignoring the “God Code.”

Although your body can make nonessential amino acids, it cannot make essential amino acids, so you have to get them from your diet or suppliments.

Some plant foods, such as the soy products edamame and tofu, contain all nine essential amino acids. This means they are “complete” sources of protein, according to Western Medicine.

After you eat protein, your body breaks it down into amino acids and then uses them for various processes, such as building muscle and regulating immune functions.

Conditionally essential amino acids

Several nonessential amino acids are classified as conditionally essential.

Some amino acids are essential according to doctors only under specific circumstances, such as during illness, pregnancy, infancy, or trauma but should be daily!

For example, arginine is considered nonessential, but your body can’t make as much as you need when you’re healing from a serious injury or fighting certain diseases, such as cancer.

In certain situations, people will take arginine supplements to meet their bodies’ needs at the time but it could be prevented with daily doses.

As I said, certain amino acids, including glycine and arginine, are considered conditionally essential only during pregnancy because a pregnant person needs more of these amino acids to support their own health and the health of the fetus.

Our body’s can’t produce the nine essential amino acids at all, so you need to get them from your diet. Scientifically essential amino acids are nonessential amino acids that become essential in certain circumstances, such as illness or pregnancy. Makes no sense to me. What about you?

In Western Medicine they’ll tell you these are the only 9 to be concerned about:

Phenylalanine

Your body turns this amino acid into the neurotransmitters tyrosine, dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine.

It plays an integral role in the structure and function of proteins and enzymes and the production of other amino acids.

Valine

This is one of three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). That means it has a chain branching off from one side of its molecular structure. Valine helps stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and is involved in energy production.

Threonine

This is a principal part of a structural protein, such as collagen and elastin, which are important components of your skin and connective tissue. It also plays a role in fat metabolism and immune function.

Tryptophan

Often associated with drowsiness, tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates your appetite, sleep, and mood.

Methionine

This amino acid plays an important role in metabolism and detoxification. It’s also necessary for tissue growth and the absorption of zinc and selenium, minerals that are vital to your health.

Leucine

Like valine, leucine is a BCAA that is critical for protein synthesis and muscle repair. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels, stimulates wound healing, and produces growth hormones.

Isoleucine

The last of the three BCAAs, isoleucine is involved in muscle metabolism and is heavily concentrated in muscle tissue. It’s also important for immune function, hemoglobin production, and energy regulation.

Lysine

Lysine plays major roles in protein synthesis, calcium absorption, and the production of hormones and enzymes. It’s also important for energy production, immune function, and the production of collagen and elastin.

Histidine

Your body uses this amino acid to produce histamine, a neurotransmitter that is vital to immune response, digestion, sexual function, and sleep-wake cycles. It’s critical for maintaining the myelin sheath, a protective barrier that surrounds your nerve cells.

As you can see, essential amino acids are at the core of many vital processes. Just imagine what the ones you’re missing do!

Although amino acids are most recognized for their role in muscle development and repair, your body depends on them for so much more.

Amino acid deficiencies can negatively affect your entire body, including your nervous, reproductive, immune, and digestive systems.

The natural food source of amino acids is soy, especially tofu. It contains all 9 essential amino acids.

Amino acids are the same as the letters in the Hebrew aleph-bet. Fasting is the cure
Amino acids look like Hebrew letters

DNA & Hebrew Letters

Hebrew letters are the DNA of life and amino acids are essential to life.
Hebrew letters & Amino Acids

There are some very interesting links between the Hebrew alphabet and our genetics.

1. Human genetics contain 22 building blocks called amino acids, which correspond to the 22 letters of the Hebrew aleph-bet. The Hebrew aleph-bet is divided into 3 categories: 3 mothers, 7 doubles and 12 elementals.

2. DNA is composed of 4 elements: hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon.

Utilizing the mispar method we may simplify the value of each elements atomic mass as: 1,5,6,3, which corresponds to the Hebrew letters (under the same method) of: Y (yod), H (hey), V (vav) and G (gimel). You should immediately recognize that the title of YH (Yah) is present followed by another Hey and lastly a gimel. In the Shem HaMeforash there are only 3 unique letters which appear in the DNA sequence: “YHV”. Instead of a final repetitive Hey though we find a gimel instead.

3. The “YHV” appears encoded in human DNA. Each of these corresponds to the Upper Worlds of Atzilut, Beriyah, and Yetzirah. The final realm is Assiyah, the physical realm is the composite of all 3 of the higher realms. Coincidentally the “physical realm is represented by the gimel, which corresponds to the element carbon. The entire physical word that we are composed of is a carbon based environment so we can physically see each other.

4. Gimel is composed of a vav and a yod, which is a pictorial representation of a man in motion. Therefore the gimel represents the human being in its pictorial.

5. The Gimel further begins with the two words: “Gan Eden” and “Galut.” I believe that Adam’s fall was an exile from Gan Eden. Adam then entered Galut (exile).

Gan Eden is not a physical place but existed in the world of Yetzirah. The fall caused Adam to descend to Assiyah- the physical place wherein he was enclosed with “skin” as the Torah states- he became a physical creature. In other words, a gimel was added to Adam’s make-up when he became a physical creature and our DNA reflects this.

6. If we divided the “YH” and “VG” into two words we could switch the “VG” around to read “within body.” Switching words around in Hebrew study is common. We would then read: “Yah within a body.”

Tree of Life

The DNA of life consists of the Hebrew aleph-bet the body needs amino acids
DNA

The עץ חיים or Tree of life is the basis of the Hebrew Aleph bet. The Torah speaks of Creation as consisting of 32 paths, hence the first letter of the Torah is the Bet ב of Berashit and the last letter of the Torah is the Lamed ל of Israel, which combined yields 32 and which is the Hebrew word for Heart or Epicenter.

The 32 paths are the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph Bet and the 10 sayings of Creation. The Creator’s Name is mentioned 32 times in the narrative of Creation. The first ten parallel the Ten sayings of Creation, which in turn parallel the Ten commandments.

The other 22 times that the Name G-d or Elohim אלהים appears, parallels the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph Bet. The Universe as we know it, is said to be 3 dimensional. When you put 10 lines in 3 dimensional columns, they’re automatically linked by 22 lines.

The 22 amino acids are the building blocks of life and therefore the Torah teaches that the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph bet are the D.N.A of Creation, as it is written:  “by the word (Words are composed of LETTERS) of G-d the Heavens were made” Psalms: 33:6.

Thus the 22 letters of The Hebrew Aleph Bet and the 7 days of Creation fully express the Created Universe, for 22 ÷ 7 = 3.1428571429, which is the mathematical formula for Pi, which measures the Circumference of a Circle, I.e, the Universe !!!!

No Truth can come Even remotely close to the Truths contained in the Torah once you understand it for what it is, a history book.

The 72 Angels and the Power of the Hebrew Letters

Albero della VitaThe Sefer Yetzirah, which means “Book of Creation”, is the earliest known book of Hebrew thought written between the 3rd and the 6th century, which is considered as the beginning of the Kabbalistic teachings.

This very short text, less than 2000 words, describes how the Creator used the numbers 1-10 and the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet like units of clay to create the Universe, all the living things in it and all that exists.

The book explains that the word of God generated substance, from which He formed letters, out of which He combined ‘words’, which became things.

The text also teaches the secret of the Great Creation and of creation, of the Maker and the maker, explaining that every individual can oneself become a “creator”.

The reader is told to ‘test’ and ‘explore’, to learn how to combine letters and numbers to ‘create’ as God did and as the ancient sages learnt to do:

“When Abraham, our father, may he rest in peace, came: he looked, and saw, and understood, and explored, and engraved, and hewed out, and succeeded at Creation as it is said, ‘And the bodies they had made in Haran.’ [Genesis 12:5]

The Hebrew Letters

Hebrew and your amino acids are one in the same
Hebrew

So again, the Hebrew letters are the building blocks of the universe and the physical and spiritual worlds are nothing more than a combination of letters.

The Hebrew letters are fields of consciousness. Each of them is an expression of a unique energy-intelligence, holding specific attributes, and animated by a very powerful spiritual force we call Angels.

Accordingly to the Zohar, the different intelligences, or fields of consciousness, that we know as the Hebrew letters, were concealed two thousand years prior to the creation.

When the creator willed to begin its Manifestation, each of them, in a procession in reverse order from the letter Tav to the letter Bet-Aleph (Aleph-Bet), appeared before Him asking to be the quality on which he would create the world.

In the end, after having heard the sequence of the different pleas of each letter, the Creator chose Bet as she expressed her energy intelligence in this way: “Lord of the Universe, may it please you establish the creative process through me, for I represent the energy-intelligent force of berachot (blessings) because I am the first letter in a word for that coded force” – Zohar, Prologue 6:37

Because the letter Aleph did not have any desire to come forward, the Creator gave her the function to unify all the other energies/letters, maintaining the balance between giving and receiving.

In the Sefer Yetzirah the Divine language formed by the 22 Hebrew letters is described as the substance of reality: “Twenty-Two letters are the foundation: He engraved them, He hewed them out, He combined them, He weighed them, and He set them at opposites, and He formed through them everything that is formed and everything that is destined to be formed.”

All the 22 Hebrew letters have a numerical value because both numbers and letters are instruments of cosmic energy in biblical Hebrew.
