Understanding Nutrition Can Be Just as Crucial for Survival as the Practice of Fasting

Did you know nutrition knowledge is as life-saving as fasting?

The body is a nutrition-craving machine and fasting is a reboot button!

I was never taught the harmful effects of consuming the ingredients on the labels of the products I purchase at my local grocery stores or my local restaurants.

I was never taught about nutrition or how it affects my mood and how my body functions. I was also never taught how to reverse damage to my body’s cells throughout my lifetime by fasting or giving my body a break from digestion.

If I would have been taught these things, I would have certainly made better choices! Just as I know you would make better choices if food companies were honest.

That is until I got the diagnosis from HELL!

I was also never taught how to fast in order to reverse damage to my body’s cells.

Our entire body is made up of these fascinating structures called cells. Each cell is programmed with a billion-letter code that tells it what its job is and when to die.

Due to the toxins in the air we breathe, the toxins in the food we eat, the toxins in the products we expose to our skin, etc. we are suffering from toxic overload. Toxins confuse cells causing them to forget to die off. This in turn leads to an accumulation of these cells which is known as disease.

Not to confuse anyone whatever cells are suffering most is the disease you will be diagnosed with. For example, confused heart cells turn into heart disease, confused lung cells turn into lung disease, confused brain cells turn into mental health, and so on.

Today acquiring knowledge of self spiritually I have come to understand the body is a machine and the food required to fuel it is found in nature. We have changed how we eat over generations but our bodies have not.

Either your cells recognize what to do with an ingredient or it does not. An example would be eating pizza.

The body will recognize whatever is closer to the form it is in nature and utilize the nutrients contained within. When meals such as pizza go through multiple phases of processing to create the final product the body gets confused.

Unless you rid this type of stuff from the body immediately by exercising or fasting it gets stored for a later time. This is how an accumulation of fat cells is produced because the toxins in things such as pizza get stored creating a clumping together of toxins known as visceral fat.

This fat stores itself around the abdomen and organs causing a suffocating effect. This fat is known as a dangerous fat. I break it down here in my best-selling ebook “The God Code”.

Let me tell you a story, once upon a time, greedy money-driven people were born into the world. These people thought the aboriginals of the land were dumb but they were indeed very spiritually woke. They were not stressed, anxious, in pain, none of that.

They were very much in shape due to fasting routinely and eating foods mother nature provides such as fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. They knew nothing of sugar or how addicted they would soon become to it. Sugar calcifies the pineal gland (the third eye) blocking spiritual knowledge from the mind. These people were pretty much put to sleep spiritually due to the food changes.

Today, they have no idea who they truly are meaning their spiritual gifts were taken from them due to poor nutrition. Americans have it the worst since food companies have started putting sugar in almost everything we consume today.

I developed a love/hate relationship with the foods I was consuming in 2018 which placed me on a different life path. I went back to school to earn my associate’s in nutrition. Prior to then, I loved to eat and my figure reflected that.

Due to my horrible eating habits, I was diagnosed with a deadly form of cancer and was only given 6 months to live. I fasted for 21 days which reversed so much cellular damage, detoxed my body from millions of toxins, ate all the cancer cells for energy, and awakened my mind. Fasting is very powerful stuff and allows me to be a testimony to its healing benefits. Could you use a good detox yourself just to think more clearly about nutrition?

If The Most High created everything does that include sugar?

The natives understood the circle of life and had respect for animals and Mother Nature. The same people who tricked them into signing over their land introduced them to sugar cane. Prior to this, the sweetest thing they ate was berries. Berries contain a natural form of sugar known as glucose. Nature contains some healing herbs as well as poisonous ones.

The natives knew the difference between the two, therefore, having the knowledge of self-healing. They were very intellectual beings due to the amount of sugar they consumed and how often they fasted. Studies reveal you live longer when you eat less…

Eating unclean causes disease

Yes, sugar tastes great as well as unclean animals on a grill but every bite damages a cell in your body. I don’t make the rules I am only here to enforce them. You can’t expect to eat an animal such as a pig who never sweats & is known for its filthiness and not get sick.

This animal’s emotions become yours and look at its lifestyle it is sure to cause mental distress, it turns toxic in the colon if you don’t fast, and it raises the blood pressure. This is due to a sodium explosion because again the animal never sweats for its entire lifespan!

This means waste is just sitting in the animal’s body and once ingested spikes sodium levels in the body.

White sugar is processed in such a way that all the nutrients it once contained are stripped away. This changes the form of sugar cane from natural to processed. The processed version is a drug we can not deny this any longer than we already have.

The side effects are off the charts as far as symptoms go. Some of the side effects of consuming sugar are as follows:

Glucose is the fuel source used by the brain to keep it in the best shape of its life. Glucose can be found naturally in fruits but sugar is not natural and kills brain cells. This is why fruits are ok to consume and sugar damages healthy cells.
