America has become a society of disease buffets AKA restaurants!
Just because the restaurant or store sells it does not mean it does a body good or is safe to consume. It’s wealth over health, unfortunately.
Milk
Let’s take milk for example, it was produced for a mother cow to fatten up her calf in a year’s time so that he or she can survive the harsh winters. Cows do not eat meat so milk is their main source of fat. Do you not think it’s causing your body to turn healthy cells to diseased? Give the baby cow back his/her momma’s milk, please.
Someone decided it would be great for humans who don’t want to provide their young with breast milk and nobody questions it until the side effects kick in! This is why so many people are lactose intolerant because at such a young age our lactase was overproduced and now the body won’t produce it at all!
Then breastfeeding regulates stress hormones and internally allows a mother to handle the stress of a newborn.
Lactase is the only thing that breaks up milk sugar & stops it from leaking into the colon walls undigested. This is where the colon suffers because it damages the lining, clogs up the microvilli which transports nutrients throughout the body, and causes toxic blood while pulling calcium from the body!
For a profit you were lied to and this is a very natural thing for America. This is why other countries laugh at our eating habits because you are what you eat and we eat toxicity. This is why obesity surgeons are getting paid big time!
Let’s take it back in time
Some will argue we have longer life spans but the bible begs to differ. People were living fasting lifestyles and exceeding the age limits we see today. The natives for example were very healthy until they were introduced to sugar cane.
This is when doctors were brought to America to make their money off the lack of knowledge of the Native people. All they knew was to be one with nature, not kill livestock for greed, and how to use herbs, roots, berries, stems, leaves, etc. as food & medicine.
Most Diseases Today Are Caused By Nutrient Deficiencies
The meals they prepared were normally not cooked so they received all the nutrients of nature’s food. Today you can not even find a tree with fruit growing on it because they can’t survive the tainted ground or pesticides! Everything is mostly made in labs which is why we don’t benefit from it the way our ancestors did.
I recently started growing my own food & if you can I would advise you to do the same. The food that is not so much tainted is still packaged in plastic which never breaks down. Plastic is a toxicity in the body that causes disease as well but fasting kills the cells that are damaged by it.
How do we get diseases?
Diseases are all around us lurking in the shadows waiting for a weak moment in time.
Disease thrives on stress hormones & toxic acidic bodies. Did you know eating dead food makes the body’s immune system shut down? Medications, stress, alcohol, and nutrient-dense food cause the body’s Killer T cells to just “hibernate.”
Just as you get the itis so does your immune system when it’s not being properly cared for!
Did you know when you overeat the body causes that “itits” feeling just to shut you up? This means that in order to get you to not put another bite into your body you feel sluggish & tired.
This means you have accumulated too much sugar in the bloodstream, your body is trying to filter out all the toxins you just ingested in a short amount of time. The abdomen is filling up with acid just to break down the complexity of the meal.
The worst thing is all the brain cells these meals kill off.
Fasting is the cure
People who fast are significantly more intelligent than those who don’t. This is due to the body producing new brain cells every 12 hours you go without eating! 8 hours for digestion & 4 hours for detox remember that after every meal.
How about the food staying in the colon for close to 5 days? Digestion is such a timely process and many people were never educated on this. The fact a doctor can tell you to eat three meals a day plus snacks for everybody should eat horseradish on hogwash spread on a bed of dirty filthy money!
I get so angry at how Western medicine puts everyone in a category which is why they can not cure people, they don’t acknowledge the spirit within.
Doctors go to school to treat the symptoms you complain about and not to cure you for good. They don’t even seem to think it’s possible for some diseases to be cured.
Cancer can be cured by fasting
Cancer, for example, is treated every time but I never heard a doctor say “Hey you know if you fast these cancer cells can be burned for energy!” I’m here to tell you it’s as simple as that honestly! You have a metabolism that is a burning furnace inside of you. When this furnace is working properly you can maybe get away with eating garbage but the fuel you receive in return is not going to get you far.
Non-nutrient-rich food is the main cause
This is why so many Americans are hooked on coffee and other stimulants to get through their busy days! When you consume nutrient-rich foods such as salads, smoothies, quinoa, chia seeds, flaxseeds, nuts, etc. The body recognizes these sources as natural medicine, each providing something the body needs to perform at an optimal level.
Cooking away your nutrients
When you go cooking meats they produce deadly toxins that damage your cells right away. When you consume processed meals they cause blood sugar spikes which causes excessive insulin production, which causes weight gain.
How to use juice therapy to save your life
This is also a hamster wheel effect because the meal provides you with excess toxins, causes toxic blood, weakens the immune system, confuses the thyroid, fills up the gallbladder with poison, eats up the lining of the stomach due to acid production, dehydrates the kidneys, causes the heart to work harder which increases your blood pressure, stress hormones cause increased inflammation, and I can go on but shouldn’t need to. You get the point right?
Veggies lose nutrients when not stored properly & when cooked
Are you always killing your nutrients? When you do anything but blanch veggies you lose so many important nutrients your body needs and the meal becomes just another cell-damaging meal! Even when you’re trying to eat healthy sometimes you can not win!
The best thing you can do is get in the habit of providing the body with live nutrients from a smoothie or juicing. Antioxidants in fruit are what clean off the toxic build-up on the cells over the years.
When the metabolism goes around burning up this type of toxicity on a daily basis you will end up with a slow metabolism, and internal fat accumulation which smothers you on the inside shutting down the heart.
The choice is yours as a consumer to research for yourself
The great news is you have a choice to consume this garbage! So I ask you, are you going to go out to eat & risk your life for these big food companies or are you going to take your health more seriously? You only get one so are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?
