Who you pray to is on you but for me, it’s Yahweh as I am a Yisraelite.

Each cell in your body is programmed with a billion-letter code called DNA that tells it what to do to keep you alive.

Prayer really excites these cells as well as boosting feel-good hormones. Each cell performs a given job for a certain amount of time then it has to self-terminate.

When cells lose the ability to self-terminate they cause disease. It’s ok to ask the creator for help because we are human and were made to be imperfect beings. All he truly asks is that we try.

An example would be opening a door for you and you continue to close it without even trying to learn what is in store for you behind it.
